They took 450 dollars from me, and gave me a cheaply made dress that was missing pieces in the front I thought I could get it fixed before prom but I found more damage to the dress and I won’t be able to get a refund on a dress that looks 70 bucks.
Do not spend your money here. The dresses are not well made. We purchased a gown for my daughter’s prom for just under $500. When we untied the bag to bring it to the seamstress for a hem, sequins fell out everywhere. The bodice of the dress was missing a large patch of sequins. When I called the store to inquire about the damage, the sales woman kept repeating that all sales were final. I had an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with Glitterati. Thedress was delayed without any notice, and no one from their team ever bothered to call me to keep me informed. I had to chase them down myself, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they didn’t even know what dress I was talking about. It felt completely disorganized and unprofessional.
