I had an extremely disappointing experience with the representative, Shauna at this location. I walked in at 7:25 PM, unaware that they closed at 7:30. Instead of politely informing me of the closing time, Shauna was immediately combative and dismissive. If I could give this place zero stars that would be more appropriate. Waited 8 days after purchasing a prom dress for my daughter to inform me my order was cancelled because the dress was not available. This was only after I texted this lousy company first, did they inform me about the dress not being available. Will never do business with them again.
Had a wonderful experience with my daughter. Ashley was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back next year.
