I attend a lot of formal functions, so I have a lot of ball gowns. On a whim (in the Mall with my 4 yo granddaughter), I decided to see what Glitterati had to offer. I was very pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of ball gowns. The manager, Paloma, was so helpful and an expert at choosing the best styles to fit my 62 year old body. She even entertained my 4 yo granddaughter while I was changing in and out of gowns. We found the perfect ball gown, but I ran out of time to finalize my purchases. This should be zero stars since I never got the dress I ordered!! My daughter went Shopping at the Burlington Glitterati store and decided to buy the dress she liked from the Glitterati website. The dress was listed as in stock and ship in 2-3 days. I recieved a purchase/confirmationt by email. After 2.5 weeks the dress was not delivered and no email updates, so I tried to call (lefft messages) and emailed customer support without response. Rude lady at the front named Linda. I get she was the only person working but she would not let my sister help me. She didn’t help when I tried on the gown and was on her phone laughing the whole time. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Linda needs to go. She is so rude she brought my sister to the fitting rooms and would not let me in. After 15 minutes I call my sister asking where is she and if she needs help because Linda just left her in there to go be on the phone. She left my sister alone with this big ass gown as if she can put it on herself and then when I go in there to help I was getting kicked out the fitting rooms but I didn’t leave at all.
