Glitterati? Please hire better staff. When I walked in with one of my bridesmaids today to pick out a dress, we were rushed to the cheap side of the store. The associate was on her phone the entire time. No music to help with the ambience or the shopping experience. Highly disappointing
We ordered our daughter's prom dress here and they sent it for alterations, which is reasonable. But the dress wasn't done in time for the prom, and we never picked it up. Although the manager apologized in person, she began avoiding my calls when I requested a refund. We eventually had to contest the charges through our credit card company.
This store did NOT allowed my daughter to look at prom dress, they discriminated and told them. NOT to go to the side where there were better dresses. My daughter is in the honors and worked hard for this place to treat her like she is less of a human. Well I sent her with $1,000 I. Her POCKET FOR A DRESS! I attend a lot of formal functions, so I have a lot of ball gowns. On a whim (in the Mall with my 4 yo granddaughter), I decided to see what Glitterati had to offer. I was very pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of ball gowns. The manager, Paloma, was so helpful and an expert at choosing the best styles to fit my 62 year old body. She even entertained my 4 yo granddaughter while I was changing in and out of gowns. We found the perfect ball gown, but I ran out of time to finalize my purchases.
