We came to the Nashua Store for my daughter's prom gown. The gown we bought broke as soon as we got it home. My daughter tried it on to show her dad and the strap broke right off, not only that we discovered a large PULL in the back of the dress, almost as it the woman bagging it may have gotten it caught on her jewelry or something. I called the store only to be told that we will have to pay to have it fixed and to make an appointment with their alterations department.
