I received a pair of jeans as a gift. Tags were removed but they were never worn. With my receipt, I was neither able to return or exchange?!? Forced to keep a pair of jeans that did not fit! I was on my way home to get all $400 of tagged merchandise to return, when I called the Granite City location. I spoke to Paige who was sweet and super accommodating! I will be EXCHANGING my jeans there and only shopping at this location! Thank you Paige for saving a sale!

RecommendedTo the owner of this store...the two gals that helped us out today were PHENOMINAL! But especially the gal who waited on us and helped me shop for my husband who had a stroke and she even carried out our bags for us as my husband is in a wheelchair. I apologize I don’t know her name but that she moved here from Sioux Falls. She definitely gets 10 stars from Ron & Kim Bjerke. THAT is customer service. Thank you dear!

RecommendedThese fine young ladies were more than helpful in choosing a new pair of stretchy denims that make me look probably 15 years younger I would say. I thought my Salvation Army store priced just right used jeans were working wonderfully until a much respected member of the crew observed some bagginess around the rear regions so recommended an upgrade.
