Coach Glo is absolutely amazing! She is the most kind, loving, compassionate yet professional woman. She changed my life and I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction/anxiety to see her.
Coach Glo is so much more than therapy or counseling. She gives you the building blocks to make the changes in your life necessary. It’s the small daily tools, words of encouragement and mantras that make the real difference in seeing noticeable or achievable change. She has become a dear friend and confidant in my life.
