Stay away, incompetent in a business and technical sense. Booked in for a service in person with my bike on a Friday for the following week. Rock up with my bike, and no record of the booking and the guy told me they don’t have the spare parts. Other guy told during first visit, everything is in stock. Those guys are time wasters and on a technical level have no clue about quality bikes, as they only sell crap. Stay away
Brilliant service from Matt. Went there as we were cycling from Etalong to Gosford and back and we had a slow leak and he was very helpful.
Great and fast service. I had a flat tyre and I popped in without booking to see if they can help me. Gordon was very helpful and friendly. Great job Gordon! Thanks a lot
Great place for trick scooter wheels. Stock most sizes, good prices and great customer service!
Both Matt and Shane went out of their way to help me with my tricycle. I felt so welcome in the store (absolutely no patronising behaviour!) and I'm chuffed I've a new local I can return to with trust.
