I highly recommend Glide Massage. Amanda and staff deliver an exceptional service with remedial and sports massage. Amanda’s expertise with deep tissue and trigger point in particular, has supported my rehab from injury enabling me to continue focusing on my running & fitness goals.

This team definitely leaves me feeling much lighter and happier after an appointment. They are professional, booking appointments is easy and are super friendly. They understand my pain points before, and make sure that they focus on the right area.
I wish I could give more then 5 stars! Amanda has gotten me back on track and towards a pain free life in each visit. I wish I looked into remedial massage, particularly with Glide massage first before spending thousand's on podiatry.
