Wildly unprofessional. Took my case including my money then waited a week to call back saying conflict of interest had happened because they failed to properly research cases they were taking on. Set me back a week at least and still waiting on my money back. Best thing about this is at least I won't have representation that can't even get what clients they can take correct.
