After being a customer there for over ten years they don’t do anything to help you when it comes to fees that you’re unaware of. So if you have been a customer for so long I’d suggest you get paperwork with the fee amounts on it. Oh and make sure you don’t get charged an extra paper fee and service fee even if you have the app. Will be closing my accounts and going somewhere else. Pretty sad that even after being a loyal customer this is how they treat people.
