Place stunk to the highest level of putrid.... I wouldn't put my worst enemy in there.
I have a love one here at glenwood for the last 4 years I cant say enough good things about the care and love she gets.All the cna and the nurses are wonderful .I ask anything they take care of it .My girl loves all the people there and they all stop in to check on her and tell her they love her .I could write a book about all the things they do and still do for her.So keep up the awesome work.Susan can get all the answers to all your questions keep up the awesome work glenwood.
If I could give no stars, that's exactly what this place would get! My sister has been there 2 days in the rehabs section and both mornings, she has been found in a soaking Wet soiled bed. She rings the call light either. They don't come, or they come and say they will be back.And never show up for hours And hours. She rang her call light at 1:15 pm today while I was there and an hour later, she still did not get the pain medicine that she asked for when she turned on her call light.
