I would really give this place a 4 1/2. The staffing right down to house keeping were pleasant and helpful in their care with my dad. The only thing I wish they would consider changing is the meals. They arrive lukewarm if not cold and they aren't very appealing to look at either. We didn't mind much because I was there and just brought his breakfast and lunch to him. Honestly they were good to us.

The meals being documented don't match what is actually being served.
I am writing this to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the care my 80-year-old father has received during his stay at your facility. He was admitted on May 23rd following a hospital visit for severe vertigo, which left him unable to maintain his balance and in need of rehabilitation support to regain his ability to walk. I am very disappointed in the rehab part of this facility. My brother is there for rehab and he is a diabetic and needs special foods. They have brought him cinnamon buns or rolls and French toast for breakfast which he can’t have . This should be a state requirement for a health facility to have a menu for diabetic patients but when we inquired about it was told they do not have food plans for diabetic patients.
