Approved me for a car got done signing the paperwork at the dealer all for them to call back and say “he has to wait 6 months after bankruptcy for us to finance him”. Literally got my hopes up lied to me and then snatched it away. They aren’t ran right and obviously there underwriters don’t know what they’re doing. Had all my info and paper work to show dated of everything and waited until I was done signing papers to make that call. Very unprofessional
When I say I hate this place I hate this place!! They won't help you at all with anything, Lost my job ask if they can refinance my loan so that I could afford the payment and they refuse to My insurance laps one day they put theirs on and expect me to pay 30 days worth You're out of your damn mind!! As soon as I get the money I'm suing the hell out of you!!!
These people break every federal collection law out there .Any late payment or hanging up on their constant calls blocks your account online where you lose the ability to make a payment . Their people call you constantly even when your on time , These callers always ask a million questions that they already know the answers to .I have my insurance and their forced insurance now that they added .
