These people break every federal collection law out there .Any late payment or hanging up on their constant calls blocks your account online where you lose the ability to make a payment . Their people call you constantly even when your on time , These callers always ask a million questions that they already know the answers to .I have my insurance and their forced insurance now that they added . The absolute worst company. If you are one day late they call you 5 times in one day. The insurance requirements are more than what the state requires that forces your insurance to go up hundreds every month. I think it's just a ploy to use the Insurance they offer. The harassment is extreme. Someone please sue them. Thanks!

My son’s car was repossessed when he joined the army. We called and was told by 2 different people he had 10 days to pay late payments and repo charges. When we called on day 9 we were told upper management had changed their minds and would only accept to pay the balance in full. When asked why we were told I don’t know, they just decided to not accept late payments. A business is only as good as its word! Glenview had also tried to sell the car before the 10 days were up. If I could leave zero stars I would!!!
