My son’s car was repossessed when he joined the army. We called and was told by 2 different people he had 10 days to pay late payments and repo charges. When we called on day 9 we were told upper management had changed their minds and would only accept to pay the balance in full. When asked why we were told I don’t know, they just decided to not accept late payments. A business is only as good as its word! Glenview had also tried to sell the car before the 10 days were up. If I could leave zero stars I would!!!

Absolutely horrible company to finance through. My account was sold and bought back by the same company, my credit report was screwed due to them removing themselves from my credit report when I disputed a FALSE late payment penalty on my report causing my score to rank by over 40 points. They said old me in January it would be fixed within 30 days. It is now September 23rd and it still hasn’t been fixed yet they keep adding interest and begging for money. The management is useless

Never finance with them. This is the far most worse finance company I’ve ever seen. They expect you fix the car and pay car note at the same time. Got the car less than 5 months ago and had to replace the starter and something with the engine now. They don’t give you time to fix it or nothing. You’d do better by going to a real dealership fuxking with this money hungry company .

This is the worst finance company ever!! They keep adding money to the balance and you never finish paying. I HATE THIS COMPANY DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM PLEASE!! I would leave 0 stars if I could
