I was a guest, so I can't speak to how it was renting the place for the party. However, it was game day and the TV was on whatever channel, and we had no way of changing it to watch the game we all wanted to watch as we mingled and enjoyed our party. VERY frustrating! Why have a TV and no way to change the channel? We quickly remembered that last year was the same situation. Game day, yet no way to change the channel.
