He brings a warmth, a vibe, and is passionately knowledgable about every single product on offer. It's the only shop I go to for selection, presentation, and stock. Also mainly Dalton. He *is* this neighbourhood vibe.
Beyond having a great product selection and knowledgeable staff... their customer service is PROPER! Like, old school customer service from back in the day!
