I was so pleased with the friendly caring service I received when I needed a tow at 3am. They were glad to help and understood my financial situation working with me on payments as well as helping me understand what may be wrong with my vehicle. Ive recommend Glenn's 24 towing to my life long best friend and family members

The staff are very friendly and understanding. willing to work with your Financial situations. I highly recommend them for your towing needs because they are fast, caring, friendly, and understanding. This was the best experience i have ever had with a towing company. I use to have a AAA membership for years used it quite offen but still knowing I paid them monthly it wasn't even comparable in customer service caring and understanding Glenn's 24 hour towing has been the best experience I've ever had and I would recommend it... read more

If you read my previous review, you know that I felt the need to warn others due to my negative experience with Glenn's Towing. When they contacted me after that review, what followed was an education in what goes into the determination of pricing (they have top of the line, late model equipment, all of their personnel go through a lot of professional training and they are heavily insured for both their and our protection) as well as off-hour manning issues. I had the misfortune of having a vehicle towed by Glenn’s Towing early this morning. The driver mistakenly called the wrong company for service. They towed the vehicle (it had a flat tire and the tow truck driver did not have the correct wrench with him) approximately one mile and charged $100.00 (plus tax) to do it. When I called them later today, I asked Darrel, who answered the phone, “Is there a manager on duty?” Pause… “Yes.” After waiting for more and just getting silence, I then asked, “Are you the manager?” Longer ... read more
