Had him complete over 5 years of taxes (2 normal years of regular taxes, 3 amendments); only 1 year has been accepted. Will not return calls or help. Out $1500, and my 2019 taxes still HAVE NOT been accepted despite we (the customers) paying and giving him all the information on time (it's now 2021). The 3 years that were amendments, also haven't been accepted. Only 1 year that he completed went through. Terrible and a rip off.
