Nice guy that we used for about 3 years. However, made a huge mistake and misfiled the tax ID on one of our companies and triggered and audit. Once the audit started he gave us ZERO direction on how to handle it and acted like it was no big deal. Each time we would call he would jus tell us to meet the IRS agent and it would be no big deal. No strategy, no direction. By the time it was over, and we had switched to someone who knew how to handle it, cost us a LOT of money.
