Great place to work, all staff are hard working and care for the residents, management are good, and approachable..
I witnessed a very disturbing event involving carers with elderly people from this home in Southport yesterday. I was so upset by the poor way in which they plonked these ladies outside a cafe that I waited to get the name from a transport bus to report them. It was awful on the cafe to drop on them but what was the saddest thing was the way they continually kept saying ‘they have dementia, they have dementia’. It’s wrong to drum that into these people.
