The staff at Glengollen nursing home do a beautiful job. Our family could not be happier with the way they care for our mum. They have helped our family with this difficult transition by helping to make my mum so settled and safe. Mum is happy when we go to visit, enjoys the meals and speaks highly of the staff. Thank you, you are beautiful people doing a difficult job
Refused to help move for elderly woman who has bad back move chair to hard rubbish. Was rude and inconsiderate
