Disgusting tactics giving my job away and not even a sorry. I apply for a cook position to get told someone else took it but they can give me a carer position so I take it, I do the training over in Bridlington and am waiting a month to start nearly for my dbs etc I get a phone call to say the cook has decided to go elsewhere so I can have the job again and I’m happy to accept A week passes by while I’m emailing asking for details on the pay rate and period and all of a sudden I get an email from Declan who in my opinion is ... read more

I visited with a view to my mother moving here. I didn’t get past the front door with a succession of staff members barking questions at me on the doorstep.

My Father resided at Glenfield for 18 months and I cannot thank the staff enough for the true support & devotion they share with their residents and families. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the staff, and cannot thank them enough for making my Dads last monthd a secure, safe, caring environment. It was "home" to my Dad he settled well and felt very much part of the Glenfield "family". Excellent facilities and care
