Andrew was quick to respond to both emails and phone calls (most emails were answered in a matter of minutes) and he completed the settlement process professionally and efficiently. Absolutely pathetic service. Beyond incompetent. Contacted Andrew Rothfield on the phone regarding a suitable time to make an adjustment to the ownership of a property title, and when I said I will email him with a few dates that suit my partner and I, he said 'I prefer if you call me with a time that would suit you both'.
