Definitely would not recommend this place. We had problems with an older iPad. Paid $40 upfront to have it “assessed” on the understanding that this would cover the cost of ascertaining the problem and we would be notified before any work was undertaken. This did not happen - the first notification from them advised that work had been completed and the cost would be $430 which is far more than the item is worth (even after they reduced the price to $320??) and we would not have bothered with having it repaired at this cost. ... read more
