I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Glenda Mitchell’s office. My family and I felt misled and frustrated throughout the entire process. Our case was supposedly closed in November, yet we continued receiving chiropractic treatment into December. Instead of clear communication, we were later charged again, with those costs being deducted from a December payment without any prior explanation.
