I had a poor experience of this establishment. The service I received from the owner was unprofessional. That rude lady and her staff bullies people who are trainee there In my opinion it's one of the worst place I have ever visited

Glencoe Rest Home brings immense comfort to me as it provides a secure environment for my mother and is staffed by exceptional caregivers. This assurance allows me to be at peace, knowing she is well and content. During my recent visit to Glencoe, I witnessed my mother enthusiastically participating in the various programs and activities they offer. I wouldn’t recommend this rest home!!!!!!!!! It's filthy, disgusting and staff are unprofessional, very bad !!!!!!!!!!!!
