The manager, Gretchen, made what should have been a simple visit to see my father into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though families visiting their loved ones were a burden. She refused to answer basic questions, spoke to me in a condescending tone, and kept disappearing whenever I asked for help. Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. This place is abuzz with activities that, in time, I'll partake in many. The staff is awesome and residents very friendly. I made the right decision to move here.
