Very poor communication. I was initially allowed contact with my father, and then that access was removed without explanation. When I asked for clarification, I received inconsistent answers and no clear information on their policies. As an immediate family member, I was simply trying to understand what changed and how communication is handled. The lack of transparency and shifting responses was extremely frustrating and concerning.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and communication at Glen Haven Manor. I attempted to contact the facility to get information regarding my father’s care, and my experience with the Director of Patient Care was completely unacceptable. During our conversation, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, told I was “not allowed to talk,” and the call was ended on me—twice. Terminates a student that works very hard at the CCA program because people like to spread rumors and did not want to listen to both sides of the story. I could have been graduating in November, but because of someone spreading rumors about me and faking evidence against me I now have to start all over again. I could have been done in the next 25 days. Would not recommend being employed by them
