I have been coming here for over 7 years now, always have been super professional. My usual doctor is Dr.Miao, very caring and thorough straight to the point with the diagnosis. I have also had appointments with Dr. Wang when I need a more private examination, who is super nice and thoughtful. Both very knowledgeable doctors which I would definitely recommend. My whole family including extended all come to this clinic.
Doctor Geoff Miao told me that he couldn’t sit too close to my son to check his eye because he had a cold and didn’t want to infect him. While certainly appreciate Dr. Miao’s kind concerns, I don’t understand why he was not wearing a mask... May I suggest that doctors who are carrying anything infectious or treating patients who are potentially infectious wear a mask? The receptionist was friendly enough to us. When I told her that the name on the receipt was wrong, she quickly printed another one with the correct name.
