I had a terrible experience with this company. They came to my home to replace my microwave, and the technicians used an old, damaged trolley with broken wheels. When they placed my old microwave on it, the trolley scratched and damaged my brand-new wood floors. I immediately opened a claim, which they denied without even investigating properly. If you’re in Indiana and are expecting an appliance delivery from them, don’t call Off work to be home for it. Not a one day delay, or even two day delay, but THREE DAY DELAY. Why? Because they only come to Indiana two days a week. Waste of time and money because of them.

Thank you, Angel & Roger. They came and replaced my washer/dryer unit - it's such a small utility closet, but they were able to squeeze in and had my slightly larger unit fitting better than my smaller old unit did. Very courteous and went the extra mile a couple of times - we've all had bad experiences with movers & installers, so after this experience I came straight here to leave this review.

I waited 4 weeks for them to deliver my fridge when they took my old fridge out they disposed of my appliances by throwing the doors across the street from my home in which I was fined $200.00 dollars. I was appalled by this how unprofessional I'm very disappointed.
