My daughter went here from four months to two years old. Every teacher in that timespan was great. On her last day, they made a goodbye poster for her. Sad to see her leaving this place. The teachers make it special. Highly recommend!
As a new mom, I was incredibly nervous about leaving my baby for the first time, but Ms. Tanya and Ms. Holly in the infant room made the transition so much easier than I ever expected. They showed genuine care not only for my daughter, but for me as well keeping me updated with frequent communication and giving my baby so much love and attention throughout the day. Our family had the worst experience with Glen Ellyn KinderCare. I had to remove my daughter from this daycare completely last year after a very upsetting incident. My concerns were reported to the corporate office, but I’ve decided to finally share this publicly after my daughter recently reminded me again of what happened. We have had our daughter in the infant room at Glen Ellyn Kindercare for almost 3 months now and have had a very positive experience so far. The director Sarah is friendly & a great communicator. The aids in the room are attentive and friendly. We feel very safe with the staff & happy with our choice of Daycare!
Worst nightmare of a childcare place. Physically and mentally abusive to children. Shame on everyone who works here. You are all accountable for these children and you all failed them and are unfortunately continuing to fail them.
