Staff are nice. Everything is in order, in terms of paperwork, care planning and risk assessments. There is clarity of roles for staff. Staff makes it an easy place to work, works as a team, including friendly and supportive senior staff. Care home is always clean. Residents are taken good care of.

Worked here many years. We have had a new manager who is doing a fantastic job. We are all doing our best to make glen Devon best care home. All staff have worked so hard these last few months to keep our residents and familys happy. I love working here and doing my best for residents.
The owners are looking through rose tinted glasses. Some very unprofessional management. A home that is pushing for a blanket DNR is very questionable.
Since this place has been took over the new owners leave the place short staffed. All the staff are working like mad! Shocking how they treat staff and residents!
