On 3/21 after 3 hrs of waiting for AAA, I decided to call Glen Allen based off of some of the reviews. I was not disappointed. From the moment the call was picked up, to when the car was dropped at my mechanic. Top notch service. Matt was my tech and he showed up when he said he would. Great guy and a great company. Highly recommend.
Do not call these guy for a tow they don’t understand directions and are very rude. Had my truck towed a few weeks ago and he had a hard time figuring out how to get on 295 to 95N and blamed me, after they get it towed to midlothian they messed up my door and blamed me for it, called them to ask to repair the damages and Frank the Manager tried to say I was lying and they didn’t take any pictures before the tow. Also Frank proceeded to down play the damages and say my truck had lots of imperfections and so on and so forth. D... read more
I voluntary let my car go back couldn’t afford any longer, the loan company used them to pick up car, thy dragged the car across my concrete driveway cause damage as well as hitting my mailbox and caused scratching and damage from the lip of the flatbed. And on a side note loan company added notes to knock on door for keys,
Great experience having one of my cars towed. Not cheap but very professional and great communication from the driver. I would highly recommend.
Ive been waiting for 3.5 hours for a tow that they told me would be 60 minutes away. Not good.
