My driver was Dell and he was awesome. He was on time, kept me in the loop about my vehicle, and was very professional from start to finish. Hopefully I won’t need another tow anytime soon… but if I do… I’m definitely using this company again because of Dell.
Dell was amazing. Had a unique situation where my trailer needed to be towed due to a damaged axle. I was concerned about further damage from even getting it onto the tow truck. He took his time and explained exactly how it’s done to ensure no damage, was friendly, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!
