Great experience with Eli. Really fixed my back
Attention runners: Huuuuuuge thanks to Eli and the whole team here who supported me through a running injury (Plantar fasciitis)- and got me back on my feet with a generous but also very controlled return to run & strength training program.
Matt is an experienced professional and was able to diagnose my episodes of back pain quickly in the first session. He also referred to up to date research to explain why other physios I had seen previously hadn't helped me. He gave me manageable daily exercises and realistic expectations. At the end of six weeks he discharged me with helpful advice about sports I can do to maintain my new healthy back! I would recommend him to anyone 👍
I worked with Matthew for the last few months to help me get back to playing soccer after having a recurring calf injury for about a year.
