Had a bit of a bike crash this morning and gent working in the pharmacy walked me through all the dressing options for the wound and tried to find the cheapest option, stellar service!
Please avoid this place if you can! While the younger staff are lovely, the older staff (particularly the older woman) go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable. I have been consistently followed through the small store (I am not white if that helps), and am met with consistent hostility and rudeness. Its such a stark comparison to the cafe next door where I've always been treated with kindness and respect. If you are looking for a local chemist I would recommend the new one in Tramsheds, lovely helpful staff.
Polite service here, but this is not actually a compound pharmacy, they send the script off to a partner pharmacy so best to go to a proper compound pharmacy if you need a reliable service.
Excellent. I had to quickly take medication to my mother the pharmacist was very fast and efficient. A very nice caring person
I visit this pharmacy nearly every week for prescription medication, and Ian, James and the team here are always kind, helpful and efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, I know I’m in safe hands with them and can’t thank them enough for looking after my medical needs.
