Beware of Terl, as he does not stand behind his work. He is not cognizant nor does he comprehend the tax laws pertaining to Refundable Education Credits. We made Terl aware that the IRS was auditing us for return filed by Terl. He has simply chosen to not return our calls or emails. He in essence left us hanging with a tax bill of over $4500. Good luck dealing with the IRS. Thanks Terl. Your customer service is terrible and you don't stand behind your work.
I've used Terl's services since the mid 90's. He's professional, thorough, and never once has made a mistake. He gives you the attention you deserve and is very personable.
