I purchased the Viper 777 from Amazon, and after I hung it up and put batteries in to play I could never get the sound to come on. I tried replacing the batteries but didn`t fix the problem. I contacted the customer service and sent them what they needed. I wish all companies where as helpful as they were. Found the perfect target line for my dartboard here. Battery or DC power. Mounts easily to your wall or cabinet. Set the laser to the proper distance and let the play begin. Customer service was outstanding. I will buy more GLD products.

Avoid this company. Low quality pool cues, horrible service. Bought a well treated used GLD Viper Elementals cue in excellent condition. This is one of GLD products' middle ground pool cues that normally sells about $100. It turned out to be defective. Could not use it initially as it made a horrible click sound when hitting the cue ball. Sounded like it was cracked or something but no cracks anywhere. Ordered dartboard surround. USPS says it was delivered but I never saw or received the package. Called GLD to tell them the isssue, they wouldn't issue a refund or send a new product b/c they are really counting their pennies over there. Customer service is very poor so hopefully your item comes without any problems or you can just plan on paying for something that never comes and wasting your money.
