These guys are lazy and only move to bill people for babysitting. That’s why they work so hard at marketing. They tell you, you can’t do anything, you have to take a vote for everything, even replace an existing sign, so they can bill. If you have a terrible management company forget it, they will become best friends with the company so they can get more business. Talk about a conflict of interest. Thank God our board president saw it and got rid of them fast because they are clueless.

I called to see if attorney is working on cases against HOA, but instead of answering my question lady told I need to talk to attorney and schedule consultation for $500+. Really???? For what? Pay $500 and get maybe answer like sorry we are not working on this type of cases. RIDICULOUS

Every attorney is money hungry, but this is the very first time I call an attorney to inquire about a potential lawsuit and the person who answers the phone tells me the attorney requires $550 for an hour without asking me a single question about information I may have pertaining to a potential case. It is insulting and gives a scammy impression about a person who is supposed to be in the business of helping people but is more concerned about lining his pockets.
