I'm on the board for a small condo property. We used Eric as our primary attorney and spent good money with him. Every time we had a tenant, parking, vendor, or guest issue and thought of a potential solution we would run it by Eric. Best bang for the buck, very knowledgeable and with lots of experience. Very reasonable when it comes to a big job. Excellent radio show on the weekends. I attended one of his condo board certification courses and I am glad I did, I learned so many things I didn't know. I personally highly recommend this firm.
