Zero communication. Tried using them for my properties and I continuously had to follow up to try and get something done. I would not advise using.
They can’t even do their job. I wouldn’t hire them if I were you. Failure to properly serve the plaintiff amongst other issues. “I hear we are bad people everyday”
If you'd like a lack of compassion a lack of communication and just a downright dirty business these are your people
They will not communicate at all with you to resolve problems. An absolutely lazy firm that will try to leech your hard earned money for apparently “having a dirty fence” or “wildlife in your backyard”.
