Wish I could give 0 stars . What in 21st century no instant external Transfers, no online wire transfers no Zelle . What a joke . This is 2026 upgrade your online banking to support these or I’m taking my business else where Thank you
We banked with Glatco for over 30 years, and I felt secure trusting our savings to them and enjoying their friendly, professional service. While there weren't endless online features, we could do all we needed to easily. After closing our accounts since moving, Glatco has helped promptly with several requests for paperwork. Thank you!!
Online Banking down again! I've been banking with Glatco for over 20 years. The staff is very pleasant and I've never had a bad experience in the branch. HOWEVER...the online banking is constantly unavailable and not just for a few minutes.....for hours at a time! In today's world, that is a significant issue. If Glatco doesn't get this corrected, I will unfortunately need to take my banking elsewhere.
Small town feel and friendly service. Not the flashiest of online services but has all your electronic needs and if you want to have a banking relationship again, this is your place.
