Amazing sales, service and installation staff! A totally great experience from start to finish.
Not sure what happened to Glastender. My company has used their underbar equipment on multiple projects over the course of the last 8+ years. Post-Covid, the quality has gone downhill tremendously. Equipment that previously lasted for years is falling apart in 18 months, and the parts department refuses to ship out replacements for anything every time I have contacted them. We've already begun transitioning to other manufacturers for new projects, but have quite a bit of existing equipment that is unrepairable.
