I’ve been visiting my mother here for some time, and every time I see Kelly, she brightens the day. She is so kind, caring, and genuinely takes pride in her work. Not only does she keep everything spotless, but she also treats the residents with respect and compassion, which means so much to families like mine. Kelly’s warm personality always puts my mom at ease, and I’m grateful for the comfort she brings.
I accidentally knocked a tv down and I was very apologetic but administrator said I was disrespectful to residents which I wasn’t
Unfortunately there has been an increase in turnover and it is almost impossible to get a response, or have someone check on your family member. I have a loved one that is a resident at this facility and I am disappointed in the level of care and communication. We can’t even successfully have her meals delivered, even though we have a doctors instruction to do so. She has literally gone an entire day with no meal, and no one who answers the phone to help us fix this issue.
