Brilliant advice and help.
Wow! The customer service in this store is appalling. It was my third time in the store today and my third unpleasant experience. My partner and I were the only customers in the store and was not greeted or acknowledged even once by the staff. Beautiful shop but the attitude of the staff makes the shopping experience in this store extremely unpleasant. I always feel extremely unwelcome in the store. How hard is it to greet a customer?! I will stick to buying glasshouse products from myer and david jones.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve had multiple bad experiences in this store, however today was my worst. As the only customer in the store I was not greeted by the 2 staff members who were too busy talking behind the desk. After browsing for awhile and tossing up between 2 products, my friend and I headed towards the counter and one of the ladies stopped us and mentioned the product was for a promotion and we had to spend over $120, however there was no signage around the store and none near the product we picked up, st... read more
