Relocated my father here, love the small community staff goes above and beyond they are so caring and very pleasant! I'm bringing my dad closer to me as I live out of state but I am really going to miss the staff as well as the residents. They made my dad and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. Thank you all so much you feel like family!!!!!!

I am a local social worker who is in and out of facilities all the time. We have removed all of our clients from this facility due to the poor management and subsequent care. Staff does the best they can. But unfortunately, it is not being run by qualified professionals. I’ve reached out to the corporate office with no response, which is consistent with the level of concern for the welfare of the clients. Sadly this property did not live up to expectations. I was told by many that this place was a great tight knit community, and due to its size the residents would be more likely to get one on one care. Most the staff was very sweet and friendly when we took the tour (for my grandmother) and we were feeling quite optimistic at first, that is until lunch... I am an eighty five year old man who is picky about living space. I shopped for days and visited a bunch of care facilities. I have a friend who chose Glassford Place for his wife and later himself. He was very positive about Glassford Place. I trusted his judgment and my own impression following a visit. The people who work here are all fantastic from care givers to chefs.
