There should be an option to rate a business below one. Gina is a crook. I wanted a window installed in my garage. The HOA approved an Atrium window, I called the manufacturer and unfortunately they gave me the name of Gina's company. She over charged my credit card for the window and install and it was not installed properly and is a used window that was damaged. Afterwards she said she would return the overcharge and did not. Very Bad Experience - DO NOT USE THEM This company and their General Manager, Gina Moore, are complete frauds and liars. They DO NOT and will not meet any deadline they tell you over the phone. I waited over 3 weeks for my sliding glass to be delivered and installed yet Gina did not once pick up a phone to call me and give an update why they were behind and not going to meet the original install date they gave me (which was 2 weeks). Needless to say we ended up having 20+ family members over for Thanksgiving with a shattered... read more

I prepaid for a field glazing service to install glass panels in my new patio doors. Due to a delay with my contractor, I had to reschedule but the soonest they would be back in my area was almost two weeks out.
