Was told it would take about a week for them to come out and check out my garage door. Ok, no problem. A week comes and goes, then 2. I call back in and my appointment was never even scheduled. Doesn’t seem like a very professional outfit

Was told would be in Dalhart on Friday the 20th when I called on Monday the 16th. Called at 3:30 on Friday and was told they got hung up on another job and didn't know when they could come fix my problem. All they had to do was to make a phone call to let me know they wouldn't be here. Last time I will call them for any work.Already have someone coming from another business on Saturday.
My windows at the Napa in Dumas have been assaulted this month by gravel being spun off. Bobby and his crew were and are proficient and quite able to fix repair or replace commercial size windows. They were accommodating and affordable. They secured my windows while the glass was ordered. Thank you Glass tech.
