I am thoroughly disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced. As a returning client with thousands of dollars spent with this company, I expected to be treated with basic respect, that was not the case. Jordan, the representative I dealt with, showed no accountability, was extremely rude, and ultimately hung up on me, stating he did not have time for me. Customer service is fantastic!!
Don’t recommend. Prices are decent but the service is not. Unfortunately, the owner has a personal relationship with some of the guys in the warehouse and they take advantage of that and are rude & unprofessional to the point where we’ve had to stop using this business. They know they can get away with treating customers however they want.
