I would leave 5 stars but the owner failed to tell me he doesn’t take the glass he’s replacing away- I was not home at the time of installation- he put the broken glass sheets in an old trash can we don’t use for trash. I wish I had known this, before I found it. I texted him he read the message no response. That’s not cool . I think for $400+ he would have had the decency to mention he doesn’t dispose of the glass or at least tell me where he put it.

Steve replaced glass in the lower section of our window. He did a great job. But what I really liked besides the job he did was the fact that when I called he answered his phone. There was no press one, two or more extensions. He called back the next morning and asked if he could come out and do the job. I said, "yes." He was polite, fast, and "normal" which is very hard to find today. We would definitely use him again. (the only thing - I wish it cost $50.00 less).
