i purchased two lights on march 23, 2024 and still do not have them - june 26, 2024. i have been back to the location on multiple occasions at all times throughout the day and most of the time the door is locked and no one is there. when there was someone there he said the lights would be in the following week and that was well over a month ago. i understand that products take time to come in, however the original waiting period that i was told was 2 weeks.
Still waiting for a light I paid in full ($366.12) for 16 Sep 2023, yes, that date is correct. I even dropped by their new store in Orillia, beginning of Apr 2024 looking for my money. I gave him until end Apr 2024 to give me my money back. If I don't receive by midnight tonight, I'll be taking them to small claims court. Totally ruined me for purchasing local.
Very happy with Ray and the quality of product he can bring in. We would not have bought these if it wasn't for his input. You do need to understand that it does take some time for product to come from the vendors to his store. Again thank you.
Love my lights I chose for my ensuite bathroom. Builders installed 2 lights, but my 48" wide mirror and me needed more! So Ray showed me lots of options and the result was perfect! Very happy, and putting them on dimmers made it more perfect!
Long wait but picked up my lights today. Supply issue resolved. Great lights and very satisfied!
