Always great service
While the staff was mostly friendly during my many visits, I simply cannot recommend a business that abandons their customer with broken glasses shortly after purchasing from them. Very shortly after receiving my new Oakley frames with lenses installed by their staff, I noticed many hairline fractures on the frame around both lenses. The staff was able to claim warranty and get a replacement frame, and re-installed the same lenses. I was in to see the doctor today. The Eye doctor performed all the tests necessary and discussed with me my living situation and the things I do with reference to eyesight and expectations. I was very impressed by his communication skills. Especially his ability to listen and then to educate. In our twenty to thirty minute encounter I learned a great deal. My immediate problem was solved quickly and efficiently and much more affordable than I ever imagined! Thank you 😊 Totally recommend GLASS HOUSE OPTICAL
Sham’s customer service and knowledge in eyewear exceeded my expectations. The eye exam was efficient and comfortable. Sham’s demeanour and professionalism made for one of the best experiences I’ve ever head. I would highly recommend stopping in here :)
