Awful attention by phone!
I needed a screen to be replaced on a sliding screen patio door. I am very satisfied with Glass Express. Jim just left. I called on Friday, and he said he could come over Saturday morning. He did and gave us an ok price and took the door with him. He came back after lunch with my door with the replaced screen. Installed it, made sure it function well, and that was it. Soooooo simple and easy. I am happy.
