Gave me a quote over the phone after sending pictures. He then scheduled an appointment with me to confirm measurements the following day where he never showed up or called. Tried to call glass experts for a few days following with no response.

Passenger window was shattered in the morning, Javier had it fixed that afternoon. Cannot say enough good things about him.

I chose Javier over a couple other places nearby, great choice! Lucky to have found a hidden local shop that actually has your back with quality and value glass repair.

unfortunately, after several promises and an ACTUAL appointment, Javier did not show nor did he call to offer any reason for the no-show. A real shame because my previous product from him was certainly acceptable. and in answer to your response, there was no message on either my land line nor on my cell and both record the numbers that try to call and are sent directly to voice mail.....your number was not on either. I sat here from 3:00pm-5:00pm which was the time YOU chose and did not hear from you.
